De Novo Insurance is a rapidly growing independent insurance agency and we need you to help us grow and develop our Personal Insurance division.  We are not an agency that blindly churns out quotes, rather, we take a thoughtful, risk-advisory role in the presenting proposals to all prospective and active clients with the goal of developing long-term relationships with our clients.  We understand that no one likes dealing with insurance, but we all need it, so we do our very best to provide valuable protection in a personable manner and with a customized process whereby we educate the public regarding their risks and how to best protect themselves, using insurance or non-insurance means.  Our clients are not premiums, they are people who ultimately are in charge of their insurance buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and develop leads into clients
• Gather and coordinate data to develop optimal coverage proposals for prospective and current clients
• Manage current client accounts
• Speak with clients daily answering coverage, billing and other questions; assisting clients in solving problems
• Participate in continuing educational opportunities throughout the year
• Assist in developing referral source relationships
